VIPAngels.ch is a private platform reserved for escorts in French-speaking Switzerland.
This policy explains what data is collected, why it is collected, and what your rights are under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP).

- professional pseudonym

- reviews and comments left about clients
We do not request a real name, private address, or identity document.
3. Purpose
The data is used only to:
- verify escorts’ access to the platform
- allow searches for reported clients
- enable the sharing of experiences between escorts
- improve member safety
- prevent abuse and fake accounts
4. Review Limitations
Members agree to publish only information that is strictly necessary and related to their personal experience.
It is prohibited to publish:
- full name
- private address
- profession
- photo
- family information
- any excessive or defamatory information
Reviews must remain short and factual.
Permitted examples:
- “often cancels”
- “negotiates a lot”
- “did not show up for the appointment”
5. Validation and Moderation
New accounts and new reviews may be subject to manual approval before publication.
VIPAngels reserves the right to remove any abusive, false, or excessive content.
6. Data Retention
Member data is retained as long as their account remains active.
Reviews and reports are kept for a maximum period of 24 months, unless required for security reasons.
Reviews are automatically deleted after 24 months.
7. Data Sharing
Data is not sold or shared with third parties.
Information published about a client is visible only to authorized escorts with a validated account.
8. Hosting and Security
The website is hosted by Infomaniak.
Connections are protected by HTTPS and access to the platform is limited to approved members.
9. Your Rights
Any person may request the correction or deletion of inaccurate data concerning them, including:
- access to their personal data
- correction of inaccurate data
- deletion of an account or a review

10. Consent
When a member creates an account or submits a review, they confirm that:
- the information provided is accurate
- it is limited to their personal experience
- it does not contain unnecessary private data
